Co-founder of Casa da Mãe (CDM), itself an offshoot of Piquenos DJs Do Guetto, Maboku moved from Angola to Bairro do Pendão, in Queluz, at the age of six. On CDM's debut EP, Malucos De Raiz, released on Príncipe in 2015, since then he has been a major key in the city when it comes to batida and house sound.
