Mutante beggin in 2012 as a monthly party at Lounge, the legendary 25 years club in Lisbon, now unfortunately gone. Hosted by Señor Pelota; the experienced DJ who has been collecting, selecting and sharing records for more than two decades.
But it was always also a radio show, started at National Radio Antena 3, had several years at Radio SBSR on and now found its new home at ESR on a weekly bases.
Anything can happen at this one hour live recording, resulting in a more energetic mix or sometimes in a lot of insight talk; always with and about relevant music of the moment. Tha can an be a golden gem from the past, or the new hot release of the week, having no problem exploring all kinds of styles, crossing boundaries on latitudes or bpm tempos. Like it should be.
